Horizon Retail Construction adds new Vice President

Milwaukee, WI (April 26, 2017) – Horizon Retail Construction, a national leader in specialty retail, food and beverage, hotels, and airport concessions construction, and tenant improvement, today announced multiple new hires and employee promotions.

Horizon welcomed to the team: Project Manager Matthew Bautch, Project Coordinator Emma Johnson, Assistant Project Manager Sabrina Salazar. Horizon also welcomed numerous Field Superintendents to the team: Buster Lukas, Peter Ramos Jr., David Stone, Lisa Swinyard, James Burgans, Lawrence Stogsdill, Jason Umidi, William Abshire, Theodore Foley, John Madden, William Martin Jr., Charles Tinnin, William Cook III, Scott Baker and Joseph Schantz.

In addition, Horizon promoted 20 employees into new positions. Craig Ulrich moves from Senior Estimator to Vice President of Preconstruction. Ulrich has been a part of the Horizon team for 12 years and has more than 25 years of construction experience. In his new role, Ulrich will work with client accounts from day one of each agreement, representing Horizon during the preconstruction phase. Ulrich works out of the company’s headquarters in Sturtevant, WI.

Additional promotions include:

  • Senior Project Manager: Matt Busch and Kyle Roadt
  • Assistant Project Manager: Camille Young
  • Senior Estimators: Cory Foucault and Nick Herman
